Are you looking for the right time to buy or sell a home? Right now prices are at an all time low, and interest rates are still very low, the lowest they have been in 40 years! No one knows how long this will last so don't let this great opportunity pass you by. I know what it feels like to try and wait for the right time, but don't worry I can guarantee to help you as much as I can. Why pay someone else's mortgage, when you can pay for your own, and do what you want to your own house? Plus, you will establish your own equity! What a great investment, and perfect timing. If you need someone honest and someone that will go to all lengths to help you, look no further I am the right realtor for you.

What to ask your lender before making a decision who to go with.
This is very important! I encourage all buyers or sellers doing a refinance to talk to at least a few lenders before running your credit or making a decision. Be sure they have time for your loan, or have an assistant. You want to feel comfortable with them and know they will take care of you. After all this is the most important investment of your life! Here are some questions to ask.
- How long have you been doing loans?
- Do you have an assistant?
- Can I reach you if I have an important question?
- What type of loans do you offer?
- Who will service my loan, your company or another?
- What are your fees? How does that work? Are they negotiable?
- What do you need from me?
- How long will the loan approval process take?
- What can I do to speed up this process?
- How long will it take to close the loan?
- Is there a prepayment penalty for prepaying the loan?
- When we lock in my interest rate, how long is this for? What happens if we need more time? Is there an extra cost for this?

Tired of waiting for the market to change?
Well, you don't have to wait any longer! If you are a seller, I am sure you are sick of reduction after reduction, and then your house is still sitting there. If you take it off the market now, you loose that exposure to sell at all. Try to spruce up your home, change pictures out on advertisements to new ones, change your Open houses to be more than just cookies, tell everyone you meet your house is for sale and always have constant communication with your agent!
I know there are alot of buyers out there just sitting on the sidelines just watching and waiting for the market to change. You have the money saved for your down payment, you are all ready Prequalified, so why wait? The time to buy is now while the interest is extremely still LOW and you have so many choices of homes for sale. The prices are so low, you have your pick of the litter! Aren't you tired of paying someone else's mortgage, when you can pay your own and establish your equity in your own home! If you wait too much longer, you will be paying higher interest and higher prices!
Call me and I can help!
