Well, you don't have to wait any longer! If you are a seller, I am sure you are sick of reduction after reduction, and then your house is still sitting there. If you take it off the market now, you loose that exposure to sell at all. Try to spruce up your home, change pictures out on advertisements to new ones, change your Open houses to be more than just cookies, tell everyone you meet your house is for sale and always have constant communication with your agent!
I know there are alot of buyers out there just sitting on the sidelines just watching and waiting for the market to change. You have the money saved for your down payment, you are all ready Prequalified, so why wait? The time to buy is now while the interest is extremely still LOW and you have so many choices of homes for sale. The prices are so low, you have your pick of the litter! Aren't you tired of paying someone else's mortgage, when you can pay your own and establish your equity in your own home! If you wait too much longer, you will be paying higher interest and higher prices!
