Well, you dont have to. If you have been waiting to buy, waiting for prices to drop....dont wait any longer. Interest rates will be creeping up by the time you know it and you will miss out on the great opportunity to buy a very inexpensive home at a LOW interest rate! No one knows when the interest rate will start to go up, but we do know it will happen!
